In the ENT field tempered water is used, amongst other applications, caloric stimulation of the vestibular system. Therefore variable temperatures are needed.
For the nystagmus stimulation the module Variotherm plus is used.
Here the auditory canal is irrigated for a limited time with water, having a temperature between 20°C and 47°C, for thermal nystagmus stimulation.
